SUMMARY:Free Pool Party for Rising Middle School Students
DESCRIPTION:Local students entering grades six through eight this fall are invited to a free Pool Party hosted by Warren Coalition! \n\n\n\nAlthough admission to the pool party is free\, the Coalition will accept donations of nonperishable food for those in need. This includes pasta\, rice\, cereal\, meat or fish in pouches\, and canned vegetables\, meats\, and fruits. \n\n\n\nSupervision is provided; parents are welcome to stay but are not required to do so. Swimming is for the middle school students only. This year\, we will have trivia contests throughout the night\, with prizes. Parents are welcome to join in the trivia contest. \n\n\n\nThis event is open to all students entering grades six through eight who live in Warren County\, whether they attend public or private school\, or are homeschooled. \n\n\n\nFor more information\, email wc@warrencoalition.org.

SUMMARY:Recovery Kickball Game and Picnic
DESCRIPTION:September is Recovery Month\, and we’re celebrating all those in recovery with a kickball game of Team Recovery vs. Team Law\, followed by a picnic that is open to everyone (RSVP required to ensure we have enough food). Read on for more details! \n\n\n\nThe Game\n\n\n\nGather at R. E. Mason Field (the softball field at 905 Stadium Drive\, Front Royal) at 10:00 am on Saturday\, September 12th\, as a team of people in recovery take on a team of people in law enforcement in a friendly (but highly competitive) game of kickball! Bring posters\, noisemakers\, and your outside voice to cheer on your favorite team (or cheer them both on if you want)! You can also show your support for each team by making a donation online: \n\n\n\nClick below to donate and show support for Team Law: \n\n\n\n\nRoot for team law!\n\n\n\n\nClick below to donate and show support for Team Recovery: \n\n\n\n\nroot for team recovery!\n\n\n\n\nThe Picnic\n\n\n\nImmediately following the game (at approximately 11:15)\, Warren Coalition will host a picnic at Shelter #5\, which is the large shelter at Lions Park (near the Fantasyland playground off of Commerce Ave). There is no charge for the picnic\, and you do not have to bring anything.
