SUMMARY:Fundraising Drive for Emergency Shelter for Women & Children
DESCRIPTION:Make a donation and you’ll be entered into a drawing for some great prizes! Together with other local agencies\, we are requesting donations to support the homeless women and children in our community! Because there is currently no facility for them\, we use the funds to place them in local motels for a few weeks while they seek long-term housing. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe have more than a dozen gift cards and prizes\, including handmade blanket\, a picnic basket set\, wine\, and more. And yes\, you can win multiple prizes! A $5 donation receives 1 prize entry\, $20 receives 5 entries. The more you donate\, the more entries you receive! To support the women and children in Warren County\, go to our donation page and in the notes section of the donation form\, select “Emergency Shelter for Women and Children.” You can also drop off a check (made out to Warren Coalition) to the Warren Coalition Offices at 538 Villa Ave. (If we aren’t there\, slip it under the door.) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRemember\, the drawing will take place this Friday\, May 24th\, at 12 noon! \n\n\n\nOur partners in this endeavor are: \n\n\n\nPhoenix ProjectBlue Ridge Housing Network\, Inc.Bridge of Hope\, Greater Warren Warren County\, VA Habitat for HumanityWarren County Virginia Dept. of Social ServicesHope and Rest Temporary Shelter
