While Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library generously helps fund the free books that are mailed out to children each month, the program relies on local affiliates to supplement the cost of the books, promote the program, register children, answer questions and address problems, and provide for the mailing costs for each child. Currently, Warren Coalition receives funding from both the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Warren County government for this purpose, but those funds to do not cover all of the mailing costs for 400+ children.
