Can the Coalition help me with my rent/utilities/food?
The Coalition has funds to support the people who are receiving services from us. This means the families whose children are part of Project COURAGE, people in our recovery homes, etc. At this time, if you are not receiving services from us, we do not have funds to offer financial assistance.

When is Celebrate Kids Day?
Celebrate Kids Day is always the last Sunday in September from 1 pm to 4 pm.
How can I apply for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library for my child?
Eligible families can complete the free registration process by downloading the form, completing it, and either scanning it and emailing it to Joyce Jenkins-Wimmer, or mailing it to Warren Coalition, PO Box 2058, Front Royal, VA 22630.
You can also obtain physical copies of the form at Samuels Public Library.
How can I obtain a Substance Use Assessment?
Substance Use Assessments must be scheduled directly with Julia Laurent via our booking system. They are typically completed virtually, though they may be scheduled to be completed in person. Visit this page to learn more.
Can I get an assessment and pay for it later?
No, assessments must be paid for before your appointment. Visit our payment page to learn more.
How much is a Substance Use Assessment?
An SUA is $50. For more information, visit this page.
How much are the ASAP assessments?
ASAP assessments are $80. For more information, visit this page.
How do I pay for an upcoming Substance Use Assessment or ASAP assessment?
You may pay online, or drop off cash or check at our office at 538 Villa Ave, Front Royal, VA. Please note that we do not have regular office hours, so please place your payment in an envelope and ensure your name is included.
Is Warren Coalition the same as Warren County Coalition?
No. Our legal name is Warren County Community Health Coalition, LLC, DBA (doing business as) Warren Coalition. Warren County Coalition is a completely separate group with a different mission. There is more information on their Facebook page.
