Warren County Community Health Coalition, D.B.A. as Warren Coalition, is a nonprofit agency established in 1994 to help fill the gaps in health care and substance misuse awareness to the community. The Coalition began under the guidance of Warren Memorial Hospital as an outreach project for the “Miles of Smiles” program, providing free dental care to children.

As the needs of the community have changed, so has the focus of the organization. Warren Coalition was incorporated in 2001 with just a few employees. Today, we continue to bring together partners from across the community to address the most pressing issues facing our community, such as drug misuse prevention, treatment, and recovery, homelessness, transportation needs, and food insecurity.

We provide information and tools to parents, school personnel, youth, and all community members to combat the fentanyl crisis, the rising concerns over the legalization of marijuana, vaping among our youth, and other current drug trends. In addition, we build resilience through community education and activities for children and teens, helping them to understand and develop skills to manage the stress of life.
