Ages 1-18 are invited to submit artwork to be displayed March 7th. The theme is helpers, community, healing, or nature. The top pieces may be displayed at Phoenix Project’s future adult art show. Three entries will be randomly selected for prizes from Explore Art & Clay. Learn more.
Now through March 6th: Unplugged Bingo for Elementary School Families
Practice makes perfect! Practice staying off your phone with this fun “Unplugged Bingo” card and you could win a prize! Download it here. Complete five tasks on the card and bring it to the Youth Unplugged Party at the Health & Human Services Complex (465 W 15th St) on March 6th to be eligible for the prize drawing! The drawing will be held at 6:25 pm and you must be present to win.
Friday, March 6th
Youth Unplugged Party
465 W 15th Street, Front Royal
5:30 pm–All grade levels (and family members) meet up at the 15th Street Gym for the Youth Unplugged Party! The first 200 people will receive a slice of free pizza (courtesy of Warren County Parks & Recreation)! Limit one slice per person; other concessions will be available for sale after the free pizza is gone.

6:00 pm–Ceremonial “turn off the phones” moment with a countdown and celebration! Ages 12-18 will remain in the gym for volleyball, 9-square, friendship bracelet making, basketball, a scavenger hunt, a gaga pit, and other activities! Meanwhile ages 4-11 and their parents will head to the Senior Center (accessible through the gym) for Bingo, the Quiet Game, games, and crafts! Learn more.

Viva Unplugged: Casino-Style Raffle Fundraiser at On Cue Sports Bar & Grill

Hike and Nature Scavenger Hunt at Northern Virginia 4-H Educational and Conference Center

Visit the Appalachian Trail via the 4-H Center and engage in a nature scavenger hunt while enjoying the benefits of hiking in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. This is a self-guided event.
