Health Video Contest

Thank you for your interest in the Warren Coalition’s Health Video Contest! You will find the submission form below. A few reminders of the rules:

Entries must be submitted by March 27th.
You must live in Warren County.
You must be 11 to 14 years old.
Public school, private school, and homeschool students are eligible to compete.
Videos must be 30 seconds or 15 seconds. (15-second videos are preferred.)
No music except for royalty-free music may be used.
You may submit only one video for each category.
By submitting this form, you agree that your video may be used to promote healthy choices to youth in Warren County, on social media, websites, broadcast TV, etc. You also agree that Warren Coalition may edit your video as needed to prepare it for such use.
Winners may be selected in each category. Each winner will receive a $125 Amazon gift card.
Winners will be notified by April 30th, and prizes will be delivered by May 8th.

Tip: Before you submit your video, make sure that your audio is clear! Poor audio quality is the top reason videos do not win.
