Warren Coalition has two men’s level three recovery houses: The Landing, which hosts up to 13 clients, and Kolby’s House, which houses up to nine clients. Both are located in the charming town of Front Royal, Virginia.
The Landing

The Landing hosts two residents per room, with four single rooms available at a higher rate and one triple room at a lower rate). It provides a live-in house manager who is also a Peer Recovery Specialist. Located at 501 South Royal Avenue, The Landing’s amenities include a grill and a fire pit.
Kolby’s House is situated on the site of the Coalition’s original recovery house. It hosts two residents per room, with one single room available at a higher rate. Kolby’s House also provides a live-in house manager who is a Peer Recovery Specialist. The house is located at 200 North Royal Avenue. Some of the unique features include a screened-in back porch, grill, and yard with a resident-maintained garden and a fire pit.

To qualify for and remain at either of the houses, clients must:
- Continue with outpatient treatment, including but not limited to Medication Assisted Recovery, Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and/or counseling
- Be referred by a treatment facility
- Comply with regular drug screenings
- Obtain (and hold) employment
Residents referred by drug court may have different requirements, and we work with those individuals on a case-by-case basis to enable them to meet the requirements and to help provide the strongest chance of success.
Residents are expected to pay rent ($225/week) that also covers the salary of the house manager. (Single room prices are higher; triple rooms are lower.) The average stay is six to nine months.
